Courses
01. Why haven’t received my course yet?
Please email concierge@enlivenlab.com with your full name, details of which course you have not yet received, and your invoice if you have received it. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes to receive your course once payment has been made, although the invoice should be received automatically.
02. I'm having trouble downloading the files to my iPhone/iPad.
Any .zip files will need to be downloaded to a desktop computer or laptop to unzip them, prior to transferring them to your mobile or tablet device. Please be sure to check the “Books” app on the phone, as downloads can sometimes end up there.
03. Are Kim and Amy available for individual coaching?
Kim and Amy take on private clients in Chicago and New York City. If you are not local to one of these locations, that is why they have created Enliven Lab to reach individuals and couples worldwide. Please contact concierge@enlivenlab.com to inquire about 1:1 sessions, in person or online.

Simply head over to your Members Area and click on your name, then My Profile where you will be able to set a new password.
02. I lost my password.
Please go to your Members Login page, and click on Forgot Password.
03. I would like to update my members email.
Simply head over to the Members Area and click on your name, then My Profile where you will be able to update your email.
